I chose to work with Nouzha Swimelar because she listens better than anyone to understand what her clients' needs and circumstances are. She knows the market, she knows her job extremely well, and she loves her job. Once she understood what I was looking for and what I could afford, it didn't take her long to find several several places that were potential good options. Through her connections with lending institutions, repair men, etc., she helped me go through every step of the process and it was very smooth. Nouzha spends a lot of time with her clients to ensure that they get what they need, and as a result many of her clients become long term friends. I have recommended Nouzha to many friends and all have been very satisfied with her services.

Being a first-time homebuyer can be unnerving and overwhelming to say the least. Nouzha’s assistance during our home buying process has been invaluable to my husband and I as we navigate through this mega milestone in our lives. We stumbled into a home that we wanted to buy and had to act fast; Nouzha made time in her very busy day to meet with us last-minute to ensure we didn’t miss out on really good incentives. Knowing this was new to us, Nouzha walked us through our contract to make sure we understood everything before we signed the contract. Nouzha is super responsive and fast in her turn-around, and will fight hard to get you the best price and compensation for any home repairs like blinds or appliances, etc. She's a pit bull in sheep's clothing! She will also be sure to explain the process thoroughly to you, has a ton of patience for showing multiple properties before you decide, and has an excellent idea of the Austin market.

Nouzha Swimelar was my broker when I sold my house in Austin in 2012. Nouzha was simply great. I had no experience, and she basically did everything for me. And she did everything right. She explained, she kept me informed, she told me what to expect, she took me through every step with ease. No hassle, no unpleasant surprise. She is obviously very experienced.
