Nushat Jahan

Nushat Jahan began working at Impact Commercial Real Estate in 2021. She was born and raised in the Washington D.C. metro area. Her initial exposure to real estate was through her family’s involvement in investment properties and financial services. She has worked on many investment deals within her family as well as within her community in Northern Virginia. Her work also involved landlord representation and property management for rental homes. She has worked with properties both on-market and off-market deals. Since then, she has migrated to Colorado and began working within multiple occupations in the few years she had been here.

She began work as a residential real estate agent for a local company and licensed MLO in multiple states. She also worked in financial services such as tax preparer services. She is always looking for ways to diversify her skillset.
While Nushat is transitioning from residential to commercial real estate, she is a fast-paced learner and detail oriented which is essential to successful deals. She is willing to take the extra steps for clients to better accommodate their needs and wants. Her resourcefulness will put her on a path of success within the market of commercial real estate. With the backing of the team at Impact Commercial, she is geared to tackle any commercial transaction head on.

In her free time, she enjoys volunteering, hiking Colorado mountains, and pursuing various athletic goals.
