Nutan helped me with the purchase of an investment property. In a very competitive market, our purchase offer was accepted in a multiple offer situation. My plan is to rehab the property and sell it for profit so I can repeat this process. Nutan is also helping my brother's family sell their real estate investment. What a joy it has been to be a client of Nutan Pawar in my and my husband's search for a new home! We have worked with several realtors over the years, and Nutan definitely stands out as being incredibly conscientious, diligent and focused on providing her clients with fast responses and rapid bookings to have showings of homes on the market. We wanted to see three homes and she immediately had showings booked for all three the very next day.
