I had the pleasure of working with Nydia to buy my first ever house. Nydia is kind, thoughtful and really gets to know you. She'd know if I liked a house or not before I even did! I felt very comfortable working with her and she really went above and beyond, being there to help at all hours and connecting me with resources to help guide me through the process at every turn. Working with her went beyond work- we had lots of great conversations that helped put me at ease during a stressful process. If you're selling your home, Nydia is the lady to do it. She made the process from start to finish stress free and easy. She is knowledgeable, professional, and no matter how busy her schedule, she made me feel as though I was her priority. I highly recommend her. She is a wonderful lady, and getting to know her made selling my house in less than a month fun! She really did take the stress out of it. I put my trust in her abilities and she got the job done. Our agent Nydia was very professional and knowledgeable. She walked us smoothly and effectively through the entire process. She was always providing advice and guidance and most importantly was very patient with the demanding and sometimes incoherent preferences among my wife, my son and myself.
