Nydia Marrero is the principal broker and founder of Zen Living Realty, a boutique realty company established in 2010.

Zen Living Realty’s mission is to create and maximize real estate opportunities for all clients in an easy, relax, and ZEN manner. With over 15 years of real estate experience helping many families, Nydia realizes that the power of visualizing and the law of attraction do work for anyone that claims it. Nydia’s team understands that any real estate process can be stressful and intimidating at times. Many people don’t know who to trust, and their goal is to transform that perception into a positive experience. “When we learn how to manage the stress, our fears, and negative thoughts, anything is possible. Our commitment is to serve and help all generations with the same gratitude and passion level. We honor and respect diversity, inclusion, and fair housing.

Nydia was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with major in Finance and many professional real estate certifications such as “Seller Representative Specialist SRS.” She relocated to Orlando in 2003 and currently lives in Winter Park with her husband and 4-year-old son Mateo, whom she describes as the love of her life. Nydia loves doing yoga and meditation and is very passionate about anything related to wellness. Community is essential to her. She often serves in different events as a volunteer. She is part of the board of directors for HANDS of Central Florida, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing free home counseling and first-time homebuyer educational programs and seminars. Nydia’s favorite quote is: “In a world where you can be anything, be KIND.”
