From day one I feel like Octavia was like a family member she was responsive, she was understanding, she showed empathy and she was very informative.

I’m big on communication and when it comes to communication she is on point! She is responsive to your emails and phone calls and if she doesn’t have the answers she’s always willing to admit that she doesn’t but will Go to the end of the Earth to get it!

If you’re trying to buy a home or Sell a home or do anything with Real Estate I recommend to call Octavia she is a homegrown Native of the Georgia area and she knows the area, she knows the people

A few years ago my husband and I used Octavia’s services to purchase and also sell a home. Her bubbly personality make you feel at eased in what can be a very stressful time. Octavia is an awesome realtor, who's witty, responsive, reliable, a good listener and looks out for your best interest. I wonder do she sleep?! You can call, text or email at anytime and she responds quickly. Octavia was very patient with my husband and I. She answered our questions honestly, she didn't sugar coat and she always made sure my husband and I were taking care of. Octavia was always professional, helped us in the past and that's why we called on her again. I truly thank God for Octavia.
