Oded Shainin

Oded Shainin, also known as Eddie is a real estate professional that currently works as an investments specialist with Exclusive Management and Properties in Miami, Florida. His current role focuses on various types of investment properties serving the South Florida and Atlanta markets. He has brokered over 150 successful transactions within the past five years as well as represented several investment funds. He not has experience as a passionate and hard working real estate broker but he is also an investor, landlord, and consultant with extensive knowledge in the purchase, rehab, and resell/lease of residential and commercial properties. He also has a strong background in sales, procurement, contract negotiations, and operations management. Eddie studied at Broward College where he received his Associate’s degree in International Business and completed his real estate coursework at Florida International University.
