We were highly pleased with the amount of attention and patience Odetta provided. Being 1st time homebuyers we obviously had tons of questions which Odetta was happy to answer. She made herself available to travel the countless properties we were interested in. She kept us current with the newest listings and when it was time to present our offer, she followed up with the seller’s agent. She stood by us throughout the entire buying process. I doubt our buying process would have been as stress-free if we didn’t have Odetta as our realtor. Thank you Odetta being the best realtor around.

Shannon_fields84 reviewed Odetta Jasper Helped me buy a home I had a very rough time with a prior real estate agency where we went over 4 months only viewing 2 houses, but when I found Odetta we clicked and she understood that I wanted certain amenities in a house, wasn't going to just settle, and made sure she showed me those meeting or approaching that standard. I was VERY picky and she understood that I was the one who had to live there, not her. She was thorough, explained every question I had, and when I needed help finding others to assist me with the process (quotes for services, mortgage company, lawyer, etc.) she was right in there! Odetta is very knowledgeable and opened my eyes up to looking in different areas and with looking at types of houses that I had ruled out in my mind. Although I didn't chose them I learned that you really can't judge a house by the outside or the words on a website listing. One of the best things I liked was that she was available to answer my 101 questions or complaints day or night and she was always accessible and flexible with her schedule. She also did a GREAT job with staying on top of the sellers' realtor and making sure things were getting done as they were supposed to. Odetta was able to calm me down after having an exhausting search for houses and 2 under contract that fell through, 1 of those being mere days before closing. That was a very devastating blow, but in the end proved to be the best thing that happened. There were times when I wanted to throw in the towel but she continued to encourage me. I would definitely recommend her as a realtor and am VERY satisfied with the house I ended up buying. She develops a great working relationship, is friendly, personable, and is a down to earth person. I will 100% surely choose her when I look to buy again. Thanks for everything Odetta!

Within less than 3 months, Odetta found my dream home for me. It was and still is in perfect condition. In addition she had ALL of the best people on her team (mortgage rep, lawyer, inspector, etc.).
