We had very good experience working with our realtor Oksana M. while looking to buy a vacation home in Florida. She asked us which area we prefer and what price range we were comfortable with and then she helped us narrow our search to more specific places . We scheduled a day to go look at a few listings that Oksana sent us and that same day we decided to make an offer on the house that we liked the most. Oksana kept us informed throughout buying process, helped us communicate with seller and selling realtor to negotiate price that we had in mind. At one point it seemed that deal would fall through but thanks to Oksana’s professionalism and negotiation skills we were able to close on the deal. Great communication via phone and email is a must when working with proffesional realtor. It worked so well that I was able to sign final offer in the air when flying home to Washington.✈️
For people looking to buy or sell property in Florida I say - give Oksana Melnichuk a chance to represent you and you will not be disappointed.
