Olga represented us as buyers in the "house hunt" from November 2021 to the finish line in April 2022. The situation on the market was really crazy with skyrocketing prices, increasing rates, and low inventory. And even in such a situation, Olga was able to help us find the house we love, and that fits all our picky points (location, schools, flat backyard, etc.).
She was not pushing us to buy a house ASAP to close the deal. On the contrary - she was pointing out all the pros and cons and was listening to our concerns and "feelings" about each house.
We felt comfortable and confident during the whole process, from our first tour to multiple offers to finally closing the deal.
I would definitely recommend Olga as a realtor and would be happy to work with her again when we decide to change the house.

Olga recently helped my sister & I to prepare a house that we inherited for listing on the market. She provided us with detailed information about the local real estate market and also recommended a high quality, experienced vendor to help us with some mold remediation that was needed. It was a large remediation project and we were so thankful to have such a professional company to work with to ensure that the mold was completely removed. In addition, she gave us the name of a local real estate agent to help us list the property if needed. Olga was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed any guidance at all. As a result, I would highly recommend Olga to anyone looking to list their home on the market.

She helped us navigate a very challenging real estate market and find the perfect home. Olga is the best agent you could ever wish for. She’s counselor, advisor, and agent all at once. She’s a fierce advocate: I could always count on her to tell it to me straight and she never pressured me to do anything I wasn’t 100% sure about. She’s super responsive and always available.

I bought my first house with Olga. It was a challenging process through the pandemic, but she was always the same wonderful person throughout the process, from engagement until closing. You’ll never go wrong with Olga.

We had a co-op transaction together on a home in Duluth and she brought the right buyer to connect with my seller whereby all terms and offer price were agreed to amicably. Olga is a rock star! At a time when the real estate market was crazy, I am so glad that we had Olga as our realtor. She was extremely helpful from the start to the finish of us buying our new house. The website that she shared with us sent us updated listings several times a day so that we could view prospective houses as soon as they were listed. Olga knew that the best houses would sell quickly, so as soon as I would find a house I wanted to see, she would book a time for us to see it. She was incredibly fast at responding to my texts and calls as well as those of the listing agents and was willing to meet us to see houses multiple times during the week.
Olga has over 10 years of experience of real estate in the area, and she knows a TON of things to look for in houses as we walked through. She is very honest about what she sees in the houses, both good and bad.
When we were ready to put an offer on a house, she got all of the information she needed from us and our mortgage lender quickly and professionally. She wrote our contract in such a way to make it as appealing as possible to the sellers while protecting our needs as buyers.
After our offer was accepted, Olga was a real bulldog with getting the inspection done correctly, the appraisal done on time, and the termite inspection completed, all while communicating with the sellers, lawyers, and loan officers to make sure closing would happen on time without a hitch. At closing Olga again went above and beyond by presenting us with a couple of very meaningful gifts that were completed unexpected.
Olga Buchkovsky is an OUTSTANDING realtor in all ways. I am so glad that she was working with us throughout this process of finding our perfect home.

We considered using one of the companies providing cash offers and no showings, however, decided using an exceptional realtor, Olga, to sell our house! Yes, you have to deal with staging and showing the house, however, our list price was higher than any of the companies with cash offers and no showings. Olga successfully managed multiple offers and finalized a sales contract $10,000 above list price...a win-win situation!!
