If you are new to the area or a local, Olga is a fantastic realtor that takes the time to actually explain the entire buying or renting process to you before relocating to Miami. When I finally met Olga, I told her I was looking to rent an apartment, and she went above and beyond to meet all of my needs. When I ultimately decided to buy a property, she didn't complain that I was wasting her time by looking for renting properties; instead, she told me not to worry and sent me a full list of houses now that I was interested in buying.
Now I am so happy living in paradise 🏝

At first she and I looked through hundreds of listings and cherry-picked the ones I was interested in, which we then looked at in person. When I was finally set on the apartment, she guided me through a bidding war for the place (it was a really sweet deal for the money).

In the end, when she already got her commission and any other realtor would have left me to my own devices, she spent days awaiting the delivery of my boxes and held my keys for me up until I finally arrived at the new place.

Olga went above and beyond to find me the right place and ensure my move goes smoothly, and I would definitely recommend her as your new realtor.
