Chuck’s business background has seen him running a number of his own successful businesses, including his own electrical/HVAC service company, which he ran for 30 years and is now managed by his children. With as many as 80 employees to oversee and a large territory to cover in Virginia, DC and Maryland, Check learned what it took to bring all the right elements together. By the time he and Olga married in 2002, she was helping manage the business by applying her strong administrative skills. So, when they decided to start their real estate partnership in 2006, the transition was an easy one.

Olga is originally from Russia but moved here with her family in 1999 and fell in love with the local lifestyle. Auto racing will always be his biggest passion- he used to race competitively on dirt track stock car circuits- and in recent years, he is earned his pilot’s license and has taken up flying.
