About Olivia

Olivia's roots run deep in Louisville, Kentucky. If you’re from Lou, you may know a quote by one of her favorite artists, Jim James. “Louisville is a place with no labels. It’s not the South, it’s not Chicago, and you don’t think of it as you think of New York or LA. It has some Southern romanticism to it, but also Northern progressivism... For us, Louisville and the surrounding areas are the center of massive creativity and massive weirdness. The place has its flaws: You move away, but you’re always going to come back.” This she believes to be true, as she ventured to Texas for college, attending Texas Christian University, and quickly returned after graduating in 2014. She graduated with a degree in Strategic Communications (with an integrated emphasis in Advertising and Public Relations) and an Art Minor. Through studying abroad for a semester, she found her passion for meeting all kinds of people from different ethnicities and cultures. After extensively traveling Europe and graduating, her Old Kentucky Home was calling, and she listened.

Real estate was an easy decision for her. With her education in advertising and social media combined with her knowledge of the real estate industry, she was confident she could kickstart a successful career. Her father, Robert L. Eberenz Jr. Builder LLC, and his father are builders, and her mother is an architect. Her grandmother, Joy Eberenz, is an extraordinarily successful real estate broker in Louisville. The housing industry is always the topic of conversation in her family and has been familiar to her entire life.

After selling over 24 million Dollars in volume in less than five years, she can say real estate is her true passion. She’s worked with countless first-time buyers, empty nesters needing to downsize, investors, and young families outgrowing their first or second home. She knows the neighborhoods, schools, and hot areas of this city well and is excited to have the opportunity to show you or someone you know how special this place is to call “home”. Every client’s needs are different; it brings her joy to make sure that each transaction is custom-tailored to that client, to ensure satisfaction.
