Olivia knows that by combining her training at Harvard Law School’s Programs on Negotiation and over 3 decades of negotiation experience in the toughest market, she is bringing the best value to her clients.

Olivia is the past president of the San Mateo County Association of Realtors and the past director and the Regional Chair for the California Association of Realtors. She is currently the director of US-Sino Culture Experience Consortium.

She lives in San Mateo with her husband Gary and their two pooches Hannah (Corgi) and Bella (Maltese). They love strolling along the beach watching the sunset while Hannah and Bella run freely (but always close by!) Olivia’s personal growth journey has been contagious: she has been running her weekly Mastermind Study Group for several years now. For relaxation, she paints, for laughs, she absolutely loves Calvin and Hobbes.
