Olivia is 10000000% the best realtor I have worked with! She knows her stuff and makes it happen! If you want a Relator and a FRIEND she is your best choice! Not only was she wonderful for us, but she also was wonderful with my child while looking at homes and very patient with the process of a crazy toddler excited to see everything! She made sure we knew and understood everything through the whole process. If you are wanting to lock in a home, have a friend, and a Relator that knows how to work it then I HIGHLY suggest Olivia!

Olivia was wonderful and highly knowledgeable during my entire home buying experience. She really listened to my wishes and found properties that exceeded my expectations. She was upfront and honest on every aspect. Her personality is bubbly and friendly. I adore her and am thankful for my new home as well as our friendship. It was truly a pleasure working with her. Y'ALL! Olivia is the best! You will want to and will love working with her! We LOVE our house hunting adventures with Olivia!! She's gone the extra thousands of miles for us, and still traveling! She's been right there along with us, through pretty houses and muddy fields, she's not afraid to get dirty! We're looking for the perfect dream home to retire in. She's taken us to countless houses and we've gotten so close several times, but they just didn't fit us. She totally understands this investment has to be perfect, and has stayed strong with us, never giving up, determined to help us find that perfect house! Olivia went above and beyond to help us find our new home. Any listing we would send her, she would get all information about the property and would immediately communicate, before, we went to look at it. When we did put an offer in, she stayed on top of it. Updating us every time something changed or new happened, she kept us updated on any and all conversations that were had with the seller or anyone else involved. Olivia really made this process as stress free as possible. She really makes you feel like all of her attention is focused on you finding your home. I would highly recommend her for anyone.

Olivia by far is the fiercest and most tenacious realtor I have had the pleasure of knowing. She was there for us every step of the way and it honestly felt like we didn't do anything since she basically handled all of the work. When we had troubles she came out swinging at a moments notice and didn't hesitate to ask the hard questions and say what was on our mind when we couldn't. There was never a time when we couldn't call or speak to her and she would drop whatever she was doing to help us. She even turned around on her way home so we could look at the current home we now live in now just because we said we liked the look of it. I cannot thank her enough for her help and I hands down will always recommend her as a realtor for peace of mind and keeping stress away while you are in the process of home buying.
