I highly recommend Olivia! She was a tremendous help when I was looking for a home in the Bellingham, Washington area. Olivia was so generous of her time and expertise, even though, at the time, I could not obtain financing as I was in the middle of divorce proceedings. If you are in the market for a top notch realtor and a super nice woman, Olivia is your person.

She was very timely, knowledgeable (and if she didn’t know she was quick to find us the answer), and she didn’t push us to buy a house - she genuinely wanted us to look at a lot of different options so we could find the best fit for us. Olivia is so great at her job. She made my husband and I (first time home buyers) so comfortable throughout the whole process. I appreciated how she never pressured us into anything and was honest with us. There were times I would be on the fence about a house and she would say “we can find you something better” and that always gave me great comfort. She helped us find the perfect first house for us and was great at negotiating in our multiple offer situation. I would most definitely recommend Olivia!

We came to Olivia skeptical of agents in general, having had a few negative experiences with realtors before. We quickly learned that she had our best interests in mind, and was willing to listen to our concerns and understand our objectives with unusual patience and caring. The way the market is these days, buyers need an agent who will not only fight for their client’s needs, but also understand the current trends of the local market. Olivia demonstrated both keen insight in how to structure a bid and market savvy in terms of assessing home value, as well as a breadth of knowledge of the nuts and bolts of home design in general. Her depth of understanding of the negotiation process made our lives easier, and her calm under pressure left us feeling like we had someone highly competent representing our interests. In the turbulence of the current market, her guidance and empathy became invaluable, even had we not managed to secure a new home in this ultra-competitive buyer’s environment. However, even when we lost out on a couple of homes to all-cash bids and bids far in excess of the asking price, her assurance gave us confidence, and ultimately we ended up securing a home that we liked even better than the two we were outbid on. We could not have done it without her. Her gift basket upon winning the house exemplified her thoughtful attention to detail. Gift cards, personal messages, dog toys, and personalized engraved dog tags for each of our dogs served as a reminder that although we had only known each other a few weeks, it seemed like an adventure with a fairytale ending.

Olivia was by far one of the best realtors around. I met Olivia a couple years back when I was interested in purchasing my first home but wasn't ready. Even though she knew I wasn't ready to purchase a home yet she still took me to look at potential properties,  would check in with me to see how things were going, sent me multiple listings and made sure to answer all my questions. I finally found a home that interested me and she immediately took me to see it and put in an offer within an hour of seeing the house. Even when we were waiting to close on the house Olivia still would take us in to see the house numerous times without any hesitation or anything. Thank you so much Olivia for making my whole house search and home purchase process so incredibly easy. I walked away with an amazimg first home and a great friend.
