Olivia was absolutely amazing! We were looking for a place to rent after selling our house and we happen to find her from a listing. She quickly took over to be our agent and helped us see places quickly and call other places for availability to see. I know rental agents don't make much compared to selling/buying, but she never made us feel inferior and was always available. I can't recommend her enough and we wish we could have given her a better commission. Thanks Olivia for everything!

This is my second time working with Olivia, first to sell a home a couple of years ago and this time to buy. Having sat on both sides of the table with her, I mean it when I say she's the real deal. She is ahead of the competition and it's not even close. There really aren't enough words to express how great she is. Her knowledge, professionalism, and communication are next level. But more subtle is how collected she is and how poised she carries herself. All of this together brings calmness to what normally is a hectic process. You can tell she is in this for the right reasons, she has your best interests in mind and really does care about you as a person - which is rare nowadays. It is a different and refreshing experience working with Liv and I can't recommend her enough.

Olivia is an incredible real estate agent! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and made my home buying process flow seamlessly. Olivia is a great communicator and has the interest of her clientele top of mind in every part of the home buying phase. This is my third home purchase and I wish I had worked with Olivia on all 3 purchases. I've worked with several relators in the past and Olivia is BY FAR the best. Her professionalism, quick response times, effort, frank assessments and ability were key contributing factors that led to my house being sold for $30k over asking. From now on if anyone ever asks me about a relator I will point them in Olivias direction.
