Omar Larios

Omar was raised in a small tight-knit family in Southern California and spent his adolescent years in Hawaiian Gardens, CA. He relocated to the Inland Empire as he was beginning his Freshman year in High School and it was in High School Omar found his passion in the School Band. As a Freshman Omar joined the High School band and as he spent more time practicing his passion deepened. During his time with the band, he participated on the High School Competition Band competing at with High Schools all throughout the United States and marched in different city parades as part of the marching band. Omar found passion here because the bands principles related to his values for growth: practice, repetition, and consistency. It was these habits that played part in finding his passion then leading to his success and becoming section leader. Through the discipline and structure, he learned by participating in the band Omar developed strong personal attributes but sought further growth in himself. During his senior year of high school Omar made the decision to join the military and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. Omar genuinely enjoyed his time as an Active Marine, he was active five and a half years. He spent most of his time over-seas where he served as a Marine Embassy Guard. As a Marine Embassy Guard his duties consisted of personal guards for embassy personnel, protecting classified information and safeguarding government property. As a Sergeant of Marines Omar, took his responsibilities very seriously performing stressful tasks and responding to all embassy emergencies. In his time as a Marine and during his duties over-seas Omar found a desire to help others. Throughout his life Omar has found the importance of working with a team. From Section Leader to Sargent his values of teamwork, trust, integrity, and commitment have been refined. Traits which till this day; he lives by. Omar enjoyed his time with the Marines and helping people around the world but wanted to help people within the community he grew up in. When he came back from overseas Omar decided to become a realtor in 2016. Omar enjoys assisting future homeowners in finding their new home and guiding them through the process. Omar attributes his success to the traits he has learned in his time of leadership and uses these strengths to lead his clients to a successful closing, time and time again. Omar believes in the golden rule; treat others how you want to be treated.
