Omar Tharani

Omar Tharani is a knowledgeable, motivated and diligent broker. Omar specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing of retail, office, light industrial and multifamily investments. He is a market expert and works throughout a wide range of areas in Illinois and Indiana.

Omar began his real estate career in 2016. He joined KW Commercial in 2020 to join a dynamic team with a wealth of experience. Omar’s success in brokerage has been attributed to his responsiveness, firm negotiation, uncompromised integrity and exceptional customer service commitment. Simply put, Omar and his team give their clients the leading edge in the current marketplace and always ensure their client’s goals are met. Omar has been an effective real estate problem solver for many clients over his career as a real estate broker. He has proven himself to be an effective fiduciary representative for clients, whether it be through consulting on market value or negotiating a fair sale or lease price for the party he represents.
