Orlando Spencer is an extremely patient and attentive realtor. Being a service member I initially spoke with him when I was out of the country. After arriving to Jacksonville and laying eyes on the home in person I decided that wasn’t it for me. I was about a week away from closing when I pulled out of that contract. He took the time to find another home for me that suited me better. Orlando has helped me find a piece of my forever and I am nothing less than grateful!

I can honestly say that Orlando by far exceed my very high expectations on finding a home. After trial and error and understanding what it was that I was exactly looking for, he found me the home of my dreams. He was also able to negotiate a even better deal then I intended on getting. Being a first time owner, brought many concerns and lots of questions. He answered all my questions and pointed me into the right direction even after closing.
