Recently, we purchased a home in Ringwood. Orly made our dreams to come true. Super responsive, honest and straightforward person, always had solution for us. She even gave us a survey from the previous owner which was super important during closing. She made special trip to the house to give us all documents from the owner which helped us to resolve discrepancies before closing. What is the most important she was helping us when problems arose. Working with Orly and Stephanie from start to finish was a phenomenal experience in selling my parents house.
When I first met Orly at my parents to discuss about selling their house as is the condition of the house. She made some recommendations to help prepare in selling the house as it took me longer as than I expected to go into the market due to barriers. Once I was satisfied in the condition of the house, she recommended me to hire a team of cleaning professionals for a final touch-ups.
Once everything was done and ready to the market, I was simply amazed on her expectations. She said it will only take 1 week to sell the house once in the market. Surely, she stood by those words as from day 1 going into the market we had allot of potential buyers wanting for a showing.
Her communication was top notch as she text me along the way from the preliminary offers to the final. Once everything was done, she and her team member Stephanie was on constant communication with me via text and email every step of the closing of my parents house.

This review is being written on behalf of my parents, Kristen & Jean-Baptiste Gauthier.

We met Orly in 1995 when we were looking for our first house, with two young sons. We were living in Bergen County at the time and came to Passaic County to see what Ringwood, NJ had to offer. Orly spent a lot of time with us, educating us about the area and the home buying process and showing us beautiful homes within our budget. In the end, we decided to buy a house in Bergen County but Orly made a great impression on us!

Fast forward 7 years and we were now looking for a larger house as our family had grown to 6, with 4 sons. This time we decided to buy a larger house in Ringwood and we immediately called Orly who again spent countless hours helping us find the right home. As there were not that many existing homes that fit our needs, we decided to go with new construction and Orly found us the perfect location in town and the perfect builder for us. She earned her commission 10 times over!

Fast forward 18 years and we have now known Orly for over 25 years. Orly has stayed in touch with us year after year after year, helping us with our notarization needs or whatever else we needed ... like the day we locked ourselves out of our car and she drove us to our house (and back) to retrieve a spare set of car keys. We renovated our bathrooms over the last few years and before we start any project, we always check with Orly and seek her invaluable guidance on what we should do and how we should proceed, knowing that when the time comes for us to sell our house, she will be the only realtor we call! She has come to our house numerous times and she is by far the best and only realtor we would consider.

We are now thinking of retirement and of course Orly is helping us with that process as well, sharing her knowledge on downsizing and moving. We have lived in 4 different countries and at least 10 different homes in the last 30 years, so you could say that we have dealt with our share of realtors. Orly is the most professional, knowledgeable, courteous, patient and friendly person you will ever meet, hands down! She also happens to be an expert on all things having to do with real estate.

Lisa Rezzonico from Only Orly helped us find a vacation home. She must have showed us 25 properties until we found one to purchase, (which ultimately fell through due to the house's underlying structural issues). So, she showed us 25 more! (We eventually did find another home). She is very thorough and professional when it comes to her knowledge of the buying process. She guided us and recommended fantastic outside service people when we needed home, septic, and other property inspections. Her follow up is superb (she is a "pit bull" when it comes to making sure everything is properly taken care of). She never pushed us to make a sale and even discouraged us from bidding on certain properties, knowing what we were looking for. We highly recommend Lisa. She is honest and a nice person, as well. I was so impressed with her professional, no nonsense approach and knowledge of the market that I vowed she would be my first call should I ever need to buy or sell another home. And I'm so I glad I did.
