Oscar has been an absolute pleasure to work with. As a listing agent, it was so refreshing to have the buying agent take the time to call me and find out what was most important to my seller. He wrote an offer that appealed to my seller’s timeline and goals, and ultimately got his buyer’s offer accepted in an insanely competitive market. I’d love to work with Oscar again in the future. He was very responsive and maintained excellent communication throughout escrow. One of the smoothest transactions I have ever been a part of.

It was truly a pleasure working with Oscar. As first time home buyers my boyfriend and I went in not knowing what to expect and with many questions; Oscar made us feel at ease by guiding us through the process and answering all of our questions. First time homebuyer. I have to say, what an adventure it has been this last 2 years. We started our search pre-pandemic and ended up fighting alongside everyone else interested while the market was on fire.

Having someone with the patience and willingness to help guide us through the process was incredibly helpful. We felt confident with every new step we took in the process & constantly ensured that our needs were being met.

I don't think there was a single call/text that Oscar either didn't immediately reply back or follow-up with an answer for later on.

Oscar will have our everlasting gratitude. Day, night, rain, shine, fog, 80 miles round-trip; he knew no bounds to helping us view the homes we wanted to see. During our experience with him, we viewed over 30 homes and submitted offers for almost a dozen of them. It was a tough time, and though our confidence would waiver, he would keep our spirits up and reiterate that we were close.

He genuinely cares & I think that's the key takeaway. If we're ever searching for another property in the area, and to all our friends/family who will be starting their searches in the future, Oscar will be our go-to recommendation.

As first time home buyers my wife and I really had no clue what we were doing. I had done my own research but was still overwhelmed with the thought of the home buying process. That’s where Oscar came in and eased all the stress. From day 1, he has always been available to help whenever we had a question. I told him I would need him to “hold my hand” through this whole process and he walked us through step by step. When it came to putting in an offer for the house we wanted it did not look like it was going to work out for us but Oscar said “trust me” and he worked his magic. We were able to close on the house we wanted even though we had made the lowest offer. I will be referring all friends and family to Oscar.
