Otto Catrina

Otto is a seasoned professional with a thriving career as a real estate broker and REALTOR® since 2002. His dedication extends beyond client service, as he actively engages in various leadership roles within local, state, and national REALTOR® associations. Within the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.), Otto serves as a State Director and holds pivotal positions like C.A.R.'s Federal Chairman and Chairman of the Legislative Committee. He is also a trusted Public Policy Liaison to C.A.R. Leadership, overseeing federal and state legislative matters. At the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR), Otto's influence is equally notable, serving as an NAR Director and contributing to the Issues Mobilization Committee and REALTOR® Party Member Involvement Committee.

Otto's impact transcends leadership roles, earning him numerous accolades from the Bay East Association of REALTORS®. He received the prestigious "REALTOR® of The Year" award in 2007, the John A. Deadrich Distinguished Service Award in 2009, and the Outstanding Leadership Award in 2019. Otto's distinguished status extends to NAR's Presidents Circle, and in 2016, he was inducted into NAR's Hall of Fame. Beyond his professional commitments, Otto plays an active role in federal legislative affairs, serving as a Federal Political Coordinator for California Congressman Eric Swalwell and acting as a Key Contact for California Assemblymember Bill Quirk.

Outside of his professional life, Otto is a dedicated member of the Board of Directors for the Alameda County chapter of the One Hundred Club, offering vital financial assistance to the families of first responders who tragically lose their lives in the line of duty. Additionally, he supports the Goodness Village, a community of twenty-eight tiny homes managed by Crosswinds Church, providing transitional housing for homeless individuals in Livermore.
