A Westchester resident since the early 1990s, Owen and his wife raised their five sons in Pelham Manor and New Rochelle. Their children have attended school in Pelham, Larchmont, New Rochelle, and Dobbs Ferry, and Owen enjoys lasting connections to all those communities and beyond.
