Hi, I'm Owen Petersohn, a Realtor with Tracy Sells, proudly serving in Minnesota. Real estate has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My dad has been in the industry for over 29 years, and growing up around the business gave me a firsthand look at what it takes to build lasting relationships, earn clients' trust, and provide exceptional service. Today, I'm proud to continue that tradition by working alongside him at Tracy Sells.

I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Marketing along with a Professional Sales Certificate, graduating with a 3.9+ college GPA. My education provided me with a strong foundation in marketing, communication, and negotiation skills I now use to help my clients successfully buy and sell real estate. I also competed in track and field for four years. Being a student-athlete taught me discipline, time management, accountability, and the importance of always giving your best effort. It also instilled a competitive mindset that I now bring to every real estate transaction, working hard to negotiate the best outcome and helping my clients achieve their goals.
