Pablo made it happen! My wife and I were ready to sell but we were skeptical about the contingent sale process. We met Pablo at an open house and he immediately made us feel like family and answered all our questions (trust me we had a lot of questions) which gave us the confidence we needed to make the move. With his knowledge and expertise behind us we pulled the trigger and found our dream home! The process went smoothly and we are extremely grateful and happy to have met Pablo. Pablo helped us during a crucial time in our military move. I was stationed in Korea and my husband was in VA and we were moving to San Diego. I knew this was going to be our last move and I wanted to buy versus rent. Pablo met my husband Randy in San Diego and they looked at 20 homes over one weekend in May 2017 and my husband found the one! We are now living in our forever dream home thanks to Pablo.
