Padgett Mangan

Padgett Mangan, a native of Little Rock, joined the Central Arkansas brokerage team of Moses Tucker Partners as a Brokerage Associate commercial agent in 2017. Mr. Mangan focuses on tenant and landlord representation, as well as land sales and development, with an emphasis on identifying opportunities in the medical industry.

Padgett brings more than two decades of entrepreneurial and business ownership experience to the firm. In 2007, he received the prestigious Sam M. Walton College of Business Entrepreneur of the Year award for Normandy and Monroe, the design company he founded, which achieved global acclaim and industry recognition under his leadership. Earned Arkansas Real Estate Commission award in 2019 for his involvement in the repurposing of a K Mart to a $40,000,000 medical office/surgery center development.

Padgett earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from the University of Arkansas. He is pursuing CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.

Mr. Mangan also specializes in retail and medical office.
