Page Latham

Page is a native of Columbia, graduating from Dreher High School and the University of South Carolina. She has been in real estate since 2003. When asked what area of town she specializes in, she asks “what area do you need?” Her years in the business have given her expanded knowledge of the greater Columbia area as well as Lexington, Lake Murray, Blythewood, Elgin and Lugoff. “I caught the real estate bug when I bought my first house in 1994. I just couldn’t stop looking! I enjoyed helping friends peruse the multiple real estate magazines, which was the main platform back in the day… before the Internet revolutionized how we sell homes. After 16 years as a critical care nurse, I was ready for a change. I jumped into real estate with both feet and never looked back!
