We had a very good experience buying a house with Pai-Chuan. He always supported us by rapid responses and professional/unbiased feedbacks. His analysis and predictions turned out to be very accurate. At the end we bought the house that we like a lot and in budget. And the purchase/loan process went very smoothly, as well as the maintenance introduced by him. I would like to recommend him to anyone who wants to sell/buy a house.

Pai-chuan is very experienced, really spent a lot of time with first time home buyer like me, first he educated every single detailed pieces of real estate knowledge that I need to know before buyer a house, and second he did lots of research of the area that I am interested, break down pros and cons of every single property that we are looking for, when it comes to the right target, he didn't push me to make decision in a hurry, he wants me to think of a long run, if it's the decision I won't regret couple of years after, and he works extremely hard, he answers my messages in the middle of the night because house listing nowadays is crazy, you can't wait too much time on it. I can't thank him enough to make my dream come true in a reasonable price and I can afford it. I suggests you talk to him first for any financial advice before you start looking for your dream house, and you won't regret.

Pai-Chuan and I have worked together to secure my first condo here in the Silicon Valley. He was my real estate agent, and Pai-Chuan had did a great job helping me navigate through the various details for a first time homebuyer. He is diligent in his service, and provided fair and realistic opinions. Pai-Chuan is also very responsive in answering his emails and phone calls. He will not neglect you just because your budget is small, and he does not sugarcoat the housing situations. Pai-Chuan did not pressure me to bid higher than what I was comfortable with, and he demonstrated tenacity in his negotiations with the seller agent. He is exactly the kind of real estate agent service that I was looking for. I had a great time working with him and would not hesitate to work him again!

When we started to look for our first house, we hired Paichuan as our agent. It turns out to be one of best choices I have made. It was not the best time to shop for house when we started. House price went up quite high compared with a few years back, but he took time to search for the inventory to suit our needs. We made two offers through him and got one of them a few thousands below market price. We are really satisfied with the house and also our agent. It is quite a pleasant process for us as the first time home buyer. Highly recommended.
