Paige is amazing, she has the utmost integrity and knowledge of the Scottsdale/Phoenix Real Estate market. She has sold several homes for many of my family members and worked with me and my elderly parents (with patience and kindness). Was a lot to manage since I am out of state.

I would like to state openly and publicly to anyone reading this that my wife and I are so very extremely grateful for Paige Dutcher.
As you may already know, moving from one state to another can be a very stressful period. When we met with Paige for the first time it was literally a HUGE eye-opener. Everything she did was done with kindness, confidence, and professionalism. Our stress was immediately eliminated!

Being married for 43 years and having owned several homes we had worked with many other real estate agents. They all went through the usual and customary facts and figures and told us the information they thought we needed to know, but with Paige Dutcher the experience with her was so wonderfully DIFFERENT!!

Paige really gets to know you and she immediately speaks with you like you have been friends for years. Her knowledge about the "ins and outs" of real estate combined with her delightful and sweet caring demeanor and witty humor places Paige Dutcher in a league all of her own.

Paige addresses your questions straight with no BS, and if you do not understand something she will break it down into finer detail until you do.

Then there is the whole activity around pricing the home accurately, marketing the home, and advertising where it will get noticed. Now I realize that every home is different, and no two circumstances are the same. But honestly Paige was AMAZING and within 3 days we had a buyer and she negotiated with us and the buyer to a happy ending quickly and efficiently.

We are now residing in Texas. Before we moved, we were having trouble securing a rental home. What did Paige do you ask? Through her networking over the years, she called an agent she knew in Texas and connected us with her and within 2 weeks we had found our rental home. Some agents would have stopped at the sale, but Paige went above and beyond for us

We still talk to our family, new friends and acquaintances constantly about our incredible experience with the best real estate agent ever, Paige Dutcher.

Paige Dutcher is certainly the “Real Deal" and I am here to confirm that you will be wonderfully pleased when you call and meet her for the first time.

As a professional she is hands down the BEST. As a person and human being, she is humble, sweet and kind with a tremendous love of life.

I have worked w/ Paige for about fifteen years now and highly recommend her as an agent. She has the unique and rare ability to be extremely knowledgeable in Real Estate but still be one of the nicest, friendliest, funny and compassionate human beings I know. Paige was an instant friend! She was very quick to answer emails and text messages, willing to drive all over Peoria helping us find our home, met with the home inspector, did the walk through and even accompanied us to the title company. We were moving from another state and her knowledge of the area was invaluable. The entire process was stress free. She took care of everything and made the process so easy.
