Paige Lain

Paige Lain has been successfully involved with residential real estate since 2000 and has helped many Cheyenne families build their dream home. She loves working with people and enjoys the entire process of not only building a house but creating a home. Paige will be there every step of the way, from choosing a floor plan, to decorating and adding the finishing touches. Paige has sold homes in some of Cheyenne's most popular neighborhoods — The Pointe, Thomas Heights, Sunrise Estates, Cheyenne Ranch, and more.

Paige has a great deal of experience with new construction, but also loves to work in the existing market. Paige understands what is important to her clients and does her best to make sure their real estate experience is both positive and profitable. She loves the hunt for the perfect home and takes pride in making sure each one of her listings look the best! Paige is hands-on and offers both guidance and information to help position her buyers and sellers in today's real estate market.

In her free time, Paige can be found cheering on local sports teams. Her oldest son, Ty, coaches Post 6 Baseball, and owns the WYCO Baseball Academy. Her youngest son, Zach, played college sports and is now following in his mother's footsteps with real estate by joining her team full-time after four years of working in new construction sales.
