Pam was great to work with while selling my home. She was responsive when I had questions, and always had time for me. Pam was kind enough to help me move some things when I needed an extra hand. She had a few extra cans of deck stain she gave me so my deck looked the best it could for the photos. She went the extra mile and brought a welcome mat and potted tulips for the front door, and she brought a nice print for the wall in the bathroom. The house sold to the first person who saw the house the first day!

I recommend Pam Amato to help you buy a house without any reservation. She was essential to our buying our first home and getting the price reduced. Her years of experience paid off for us as she pointed out many aspects of the property and the buying process we knew little or nothing about. She was always quick to respond to a phone call or email. She walked us through all the paperwork with out a single misstep. You can't do better than Pam.

Pam was recommended by our lawyer, and I could not be happier. She was very diligent, very professional, and proactive. Even with the realtor fee, we made more money than had we sold it ourselves.
