I use my success as a professional stager to give my sellers a step up on their listing to sell fast for max price. As an ABR (accredited buyer representative) along with a high energy level and enthusiasm benefits my buyers as I get to know their home dreams and help them find the right home and negotiate the best deal for them. With a background in health education from UW La Crosse, I have taught and lead health programs, continued my education earning a degree as a PTA including assessing homes for disabled and elderly, worked in Madison schools as a SEA, and continue to compete competitively as a runner. I serve sellers and buyers in the Madison metro area. I earned Executive Club with RE/MAX in 2014.

We are in California and were looking for someone to help sell our house in Madison, WI. Pam was the perfect answer for us. She worked extremely hard at showing the house and helping negotiate with the buyers. We had multiple offers and sold quicker than we ever imagined. When I contacted Pam she asked me the details of what I needed and could afford and she was very good at sending me new listings and potential properties. She was very good at getting back to me and getting things set up for showings. I had quite a few showings that we had that I needed at specific time because of my young kids and my work schedule. She was more than willing to accommodate me and my boys. She was very helpful in answering all my questions. She also has contacts that helped me get pre-approved for my loan. She gave me contacts to help me with flooring and paint for my new home purchase. I had open communication through out the whole process of me getting my new home.
