Pam Boileau

Pam is a Senior Broker with Ivester Jackson Christie's and has over 27 years of sales/marketing expertise, unsurpassed negotiation skills, and a solid business acumen having owned one of the Charlotte region's largest ad/PR firms. Her clients included custom home builders, residential and commercial real estate development firms, and national home builders. A resident of the Charlotte area for 34 years; 18 in the Lake Norman area, Pam is not only knowledgeable about our community but very committed. Having been involved with over 25 non-profits, she is currently volunteering with the Hope House Foundation, Ada Jenkins Center, and her neighborhood HOA. She is the recipient of numerous awards for her business success and community involvement, Charlotte Business Owner of the Year," the Charlotte Chamber's "Entrepreneur of the Year" finalist, and The Business Journal's Women in Business Achievement Award" are some of the honors received.
