My wife and I recently had the superb experience of having Pam Conley of McDowell Homes serve as our buying agent. I can not over emphasize how responsive she always was, responding to inquiries via text, email or voice as appropriate. She remained cheerful and committed to helping us find a home, despite the fact that we were figuring out what we wanted while touring homes with her. She paid close attention to what we liked and didn't like and kept honing in on what was going to work for us. This includes homes as far west as Elyria and as far east as Mentor, some new construction and some much older homes!

She served as our advocate during the negotiations, and remained cheerful and supportive even when we began to have 'buyers' remorse.' She even took several steps during the buying process which I'm sure (I've heard stories) other realtors would have not.

We utilized Pam as our buying agent, but I can confidently recommend her for any realty task.

Pam Conley was very professional & extremely thorough. The buying process took a while because our requirements were quite specific, yet her patience paid off when she found us a beautiful new home in our desired neighborhood. She was also very helpful when we needed to sell our own home. Pam went above & beyond to make buying and selling easier than we anticipated. I would highly recommend having Pam on your side when it comes to buying and/or selling your home.

She was fantastic to work with during our house buying process. Pam was very easy to talk to about this process and made us feel like we were her only client. She was upfront and honest about everything, which you do not find anymore. She took our needs and wants into consideration and really went that extra mile to find us our next house. I share name and information with anyone I come across looking to either sell or buy a house.
