Pam was a delight to work with. She went above and beyond and even after the house closed she still helped us with the lease for our tenants. Even though we were out of state and 4 hours time difference, she was always easy to get ahold of, gave us FaceTime tours of homes, and made purchasing a long distance home possible. She’s reliable, effective, professional, and friendly—an excellent real estate agent!

Pam went above and beyond in the way she handled everything about the sale of my Parents home. She was extremely professional and answered every text, e-mail and phone call promptly.
Because it was a rather drawn out process for a host of reason we had time to get to know each other. I would now call Pam my friend, not just my real estate agent.

Our challenge to find a home in Florida while living out of State on the west coast was made possible due to our good fortune of meeting and working with Pam Decarreau of Pastermack Real Estate. Her live video tech savvy, well developed network of professionals and a sharp eye for avoiding pitfalls that might derail the process were only some of Pams strengths. We really got to see Pams value as our agent during the closing process when the lender presented us with dire challenges that threatened to derail the entire deal. Pam stepped in acted on our behalf to keep the deal on track when it looked doomed. Pam is by far the most knowledgeable and pro active real estate agent we have ever had the pleasure of working with and we highly recommend her rare skills for anyone making such an important decision in life.
