She walked with us through the process of both selling and buying a house at the same time with both tremendous expertise and compassion, recognizing how stressful the process can be. She was on top of everything and was always available to answer any questions we had. She also provided us with wonderful referrals when we needed them. Home buying can be an extremely stressful process, especially especially given this market. Pam was incredible and made this a smooth and exceptionally quick process! Not only did I receive a much lower interest rate than expected, but she also negotiated appliances that I would have not otherwise received.

I first met Pam as she had coordinated a community yard sale in my neighborhood. At that time I had just purchased a home and was not in need of a Realtor. 20 years later I found myself wanting to sell my home and her name was the first that came to mind. Interestingly that same day I received an ad card in the mail with Pams name. It was meant to be. Pam is hard working, caring and makes the needs of her clients a priority. She sold my home quickly and at the time set a new high standard for the neighborhood. She was always just a phone call away and consistently made sure that I understood the process and always made me feel that my needs or concerns were a priority. She puts her clients first. I highly recommend Pam not just because she is an amazing Realtor, but because she is an amazing person as well. She is someone you can trust with integrity and high standards. Pam is great to work with and is very Responsive to the needs of her clients. She responds quickly when called and will return calls as soon as she can and is available. The process was relaxed and she answered all of our questions in a very easy to understand way and made us feel very comfortable. She marketed our house in many ways and it had alot of exposure. Signing papers via computer makes it easy for anyone to do it with very little effort, especially for those people who don't want to leave the house much. I and my husband were very happy with the whole process.
