Pam was top-notch the entire process. Right from the start, her communication and willingness to explain what and/or why things were occurring was extremely reassuring. She worked tirelessly to see the transaction through, while along the way calming my nerves. As most can imagine, leaving a home of 45 years is a very emotional experience, but Pam's kindness and understanding helped close the longest chapter in our book and made for a smooth transition to the next. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Pam! The home buying process is/was exhausting but she supported us every step of the way. My wife and I had to do the majority of the home searches online via Zillow, Redfin, etc. but Pam went out of her way to set up showings and meet us at every house we requested. Personally, we did not find the automatic email listings to align with our vision but, as stated, Pam made us feel like a priority when viewing homes outside of normal business hours, day or night, week or weekend. We truly appreciate everything you did for us!

Pam has been an unbelievable asset through my entire home buying process. Due to unforseen and highly irregular circumstances my closing became far longer and more complicated than is standard and pam consistently put in the leg work and went to bat for us to get our deal done. Pam was great. Professional throughout the process but still fun. Her estimates were spot on for listing and eventual sell price. She answered all questions in a timely manner even though she was on vacation for part of the process. She was also very upbeat every time we were having doubts, which is what we needed to hear. Pam is so wonderful. She worked with my husband and I for almost a full year while we waited for our new home to be built.
