About Pam

My primary goal is to give my clients the best real estate experience I can whether that means getting them the highest price for their homes or finding them the perfect home. I use my problem solving skills, strong marketing and negotiating abilities, knowledge of the ever changing real estate market and lots of hard work to meet my clients’ needs at the highest level possible.

I have been a licensed REALTOR since 1985 and earned my broker’s license in 2000. Prior to entering the real estate field, I was a college instructor. My background as an educator allows me to inform and educate my clients about their options and opportunities throughout their transactions so they can make the best possible real estate decisions.

I am a full-time, dedicated real estate professional, and I take my business seriously. I have earned my Certified Residential Specialist® certification (CRS) by completing a rigorous course of advanced training and by meeting significant experience requirements. Only 3% of REALTORS hold this designation.

The majority of my business is repeat and referral due to my experience, happy clients and long term residency in North San Diego County where I live with my husband and where we raised three children.

In my free time I am pursuing my second degree black belt in taekwondo and enjoy outdoor activities like gardening, hiking, bicycling, skiing, and the beach.
