Our love of history and horses took my husband, Allen, and I to Fredericksburg, VA. where our lives were filled with owning an auction company, an antiques mall and thoroughbred racehorses. My career path moved to specializing in new home sales where I spent the next 10 years continuing to help people make important life decisions involving their new homes, new lifestyles and relocations. Managing expectations and communication have become my forte'. Moving to Florida 12 years ago, my days are now spent playing tennis, swimming, biking, yoga on the beach AND showing others how they can have a piece of the PARADISE that I now call home. We have bought and sold real estate for several years and always avoided finding an agent to do the leg work - until we met Pam! We went to see one of her listings and realized it wasn't for us. So she sat us down and asked us to detail what we were looking for. About 2 days later she called and said she'd found our house. And she was right. It was the perfect home for us - had everything on our wish list. The negotiations were not typical but Pam was persistent in getting us the best deal and working with the other listing agent who was less than cooperative. Finding my perfect home 1,000 miles away (on-line), I e-mailed the contact person (Pam Gates) who responded right away.
