My husband and I recently sold our home of 33 years and were blessed to have Pam as our realtor. We were nervous and unsure of where to start getting rid of years of belongings and what we needed to do to prepare the house to be ready to sell. Pam was truly invaluable with the whole experience start to finish.

She knew exactly what needed to be done and had a list of service people who could do what was needed. She often was at the house when the work was being done to assure it was done correctly. She gave us a list of what we needed to do and a timeline, we found that extremely helpful.

Our house sold quickly and profitably, I truly believe it was because of her knowledge of the market and her never ending patience with us.

I recommend her highly and am grateful that she was our realtor.

We were lucky to be referred to Pam and she exceeded our expectations in every way. She set the right expectations, prepared our house to show in the best way possible, handled all the negotiations and buyer "asks", and delivered a sale at the price she thought it would go for - in a short amount of time. Best of all, she was "on it" - her attention to detail and timeliness are superior. Having bought and sold a number of houses, Pam stands apart from anyone else we've hired as the best (save for an agent that handled a buy for us and sadly passed away a few years ago). We would hire Pam again in an instant, and strongly recommend her for anyone looking to buy / sell a high end home in the Baltimore area.

Pam knows how prepare, price, and market a house in the age of HGTV where many buyers want move in ready. She knows the standard contract inside and out, and in negotiations, she offered sound advice on when to say no and when to compromise. I would recommend her as a seller's or a buyer's agent. Ms Pam is the real estate agent you want to have! She helped my husband and I find our perfect house, after a year of searching.
