Every team needs a knowledgeable leader and Pam was that leader for Team "Sell the Homeplace". Unoccupied since late 2019, Mom's house needed cleaning, painting, light maintenance. The family home held treasures collected since 1960. Pam sent all of the right professional people my way and kept me encouraged to accomplish our challenging , but reasonable goals. Start to close in 8 weeks at full asking price. Mom (93) and I are grateful for Pam!

Pam was amazing! She went above and beyond to find exactly what we were looking for and was extremely patient throughout our search for our new home. Pam responded quickly to all of our requests and questions. Not only did she make the entire process smooth and easy, she even followed up after closing to make we remembered important details.
