I started my real estate career in the year 2000 after owning and running a fly shop and a bed and breakfast and never looked back!
I was working with a franchise for about 5 years,then bought into a franchise for another 5 years. That's when Small Dog Realty came about. I love selling real estate and helping people,but wanted to do more. About that time,I adopted a small dog,which changed my life and the life of many dogs and cats since then. With each sale I donate money to several Montana Animal Shelters and help find homes for homeless pets.Small Dog Realty does an annual fundraiser for the Stafford Animal Shelter in Livingston called Barks and Brews. A fun 5K run/walk at the Owl Lounge in Livingston. We involve many community partners as well. Both of my kids went to school in Livingston and Bozeman and attended Montana State University and the University of Montana.I am a wealth of local information! Try me!
