Pam Rineer

Pam is a native of New York State. She has over 25 years of experience in real estate including buying, selling and managing investment properties. She has over 20 years of experience helping others in this realm. She has specialized knowledge in 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges and has also purchased property in a Self-Directed IRA. She holds an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Avionics Engineering from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. She is licensed to sell real estate in the state of Georgia and believes that Real Estate is an excellent wealth building tool. She is married and has three children. She enjoys teaching piano, spending time with her family and is involved in various church activities.
