Pam Santiago

Pam Santiago came to Atlanta in 1996 to attend Emory University. After graduating, she lived in the Chastain Park area. She spent so much time at the Piedmont Park Dog Park with her German Shephard that she decided to move to Midtown. Yes, Pam moved for a dog. She fell in love with Midtown and the walkability. There is no comparison to parking your car on Friday and not getting behind the wheel again until Monday. The Beltline has even expanded that luxury to various parts of the city. Atlanta has so much to offer such as: unique restaurants, arts and culture, sports, educational opportunities, and more. Pam is always discovering something new, and Atlanta is always evolving. New restaurants and stores are popping up while there are dilapidated structures that are given new life and transformed completely. She enjoys the opportunity to share my latest discovery with others. After getting married, Pam moved to Smyrna/Marietta. This has allowed her to expand areas of expertise. She is now selling homes in Dunwoody, Vinings, Marietta, and other cities along the perimeter. Pam has evolved, just like Atlanta. Now she has even more areas to explore and discover. Pam has been a Board Member of GiGi’s Playhouse (Down Syndrome Awareness Center) for 7 years. This keeps her connected to families in all areas of the city. As a Kappa Kappa Gamma alum, she stays connected to younger adults. From senior citizens to millennials, Pam has walked all generations through the buying and selling process. She takes pride in her personal connection with her clients. Pam wants to make this process as easy as possible for her Buyers and Sellers.
