As a small town North Carolina native, I have watched all of the growth and change this great state has seen over the years. I also understand why we are constantly ranked at the top of many lists on where to relocate with our exceptional economy, low cost of living, and educational opportunities. It lends itself to not only great livability but also a sound investment! I moved to Raleigh in 1992 and have also maintained coastal NC properties since 2012 before making Wilmington NC my full time home in 2021. I am a proud graduate of North Carolina State University, where I still attend every home football game. GO WOLFPACK!!


After a successful 20 year career in regional pharmaceutical management I became a licensed real estate agent in 2013. In 2017 I joined forces with Tina Caul, one of the top Wake County agents to help build one of the most successful teams in our market (Top 5). In that role I operated as both sales and operations manager leading the team to not only sell but deliver excellent service. With just 11 agents on the team we were able to help over 350 families in 2020 buy and sell their properties with a sales volume over $125 million. I personally carry on this tradition of making sure each client feels heard with clear and constant communication and a goal to meet their individual real estate needs. After making the change to the coast full time I personally sold $24 Million in sales my first full year in a new market and with the addition of two amazing agents we helped 80 families for a total of $40 Million. As a team we earned Top Small Team for our agent network and the honor of ICON Agent for our production. Today we operate a small team called Capital to Coast at eXp Realty based in Wilmington NC.


Other than production I have been on a mission to help agents get started in their business by developing a New Agent Jumpstart program and being a certified mentor with eXp Realty. Drawing from experience of being both an agent and experienced sales leader I love the opportunity to sit with agents to help develop a plan for immediate success.


For me it is not just about the sales goals, volume or just the numbers but the number of lives we can impact with our profession. Whether it is helping clients or fellow agents, I have a passion for understanding goals and assisting everyone develop a plan to achieve. There is no better career in the world than being a real estate advisor!


If not working in real estate you can probably catch me spending time with my family - husband, Mac and two daughters in college, Olivia and Maddie or spending time on the water.
