Pam Spellane brings her unmatched enthusiasm and energy into every real estate transaction, be it a sale or listing. She sticks by her philosophy that “People need to be informed every step of the way when they are buying or selling real estate.” Pam established herself in the real estate community when she had the honor of selling the most expensive house in the history of Darien in September 2007.
Pam’s professional attitude and her enjoyment of dealing with all of her clients is evident as soon as you meet her. She believes it is her duty as an agent to go the extra mile for everyone who chooses to work with her. One of Pam’s clients summed it up neatly, “When I first met Pam during a listing presentation, I knew right away she was going to do the best job for me. Her upbeat attitude and positive outlook are infectious!”
Prior to entering the real estate field, Pam had a successful career as a Vice President in government bond, money market sales and trading at EF Hutton & Co. Pam gave up her career to take on another career challenge, raising two young children. But as time marched on, Pam’s urge to get back into the mainstream business environment led her to start a career in real estate.
Pam was born in the suburbs of New York City and currently resides in Darien, Connecticut, where she moved with her husband, Tom in 1981. They raised two children in Darien, both attending public school. Pam has been an active civic member of the town serving on several community boards and school organizations. One board Pam is most honored to have served on is A Better Chance, a national network placing young city high school students/scholars into the Darien High School program, giving them an educational opportunity outside of their city schools.
