Pam Tomlinson

A Colorado native, Pam obtained her BA in Business from Western State College and embarked on her real estate career in 1989 in Virginia. Following a relocation to Illinois, she continued practicing real estate before returning to Colorado in 1998 to start a family. Pam pursued her passion for garden design and operated her own landscape design company for 15 years, utilizing her business skills. In 2011, she updated her licensure and joined the Bridge Team in 2012, aligning with their values of hard work, professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.

Pam finds great satisfaction in channeling her creative energy and vision to assist buyers in recognizing the potential value in their homes, while helping sellers maximize their profits in the shortest possible time. She stays updated on the ever-changing market by regularly touring properties and is renowned for her expertise in negotiation, leaving no stone unturned to secure accepted offers. Pam actively participates in inspections, skillfully negotiates concerns, and maintains close communication with buyers' lenders to safeguard earnest money and ensure a smooth closing process without any complications.
