Pam Woodworth

I have been in the Clear Lake area since 1981 and in Real Estate since 1989. I am a native Texan with a degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock. My focus is to provide the best service possible to both buyers and sellers. I have experience with both resale and new construction sales. Over 90% of my business is repeat and referral from past clients and their families. This has allowed me to have experiencf in several parts of the Houston Market. I go where my clients need me and learn the markets to help them as they move throughout the Houston Area. I am active in fund raisers for Children's Miracle Network and donate a portion of each commission to this wonderful cause. I am a member of the Clear Lake Chamber. I am a past girl scout leader and was a school volunteer for several years. I taught school in my former life and love any opportunity to help children.
