We used Pam Bryan to help us find a home. During this extremely hot market, she had to spend a lot of time with us. She willingly went for hours with us to show us home after home on multiple occasions. We were coming from quite a distance away so she made sure we could see as many homes that we could in one trip. She even offered to go to showings for us and video chat the call if we were unable to come to the area to see a home. Pam is incredible and knows her job too! Her market analysis skills are spot on. She told us the house we wanted to buy was overpriced by at least $25,000, and she was right! We wound up getting an awesome home we didn’t want to look at initially because of the price. Through all of this- we had our house for sale with another Realtor and that sale was extremely stressful. There was no communication and we were missing deadlines which we feared would cause us to lose the new home we were buying. We were able to lean on Pam through it all though and she ultimately held that sale together by working with that Realtor on our behalf. If you want a realtor that will keep you informed every step of the way and will go the extra mile to make sure you get what you are after, hire Pam.

Pam just helped me and my wife purchase our first home! She knew exactly what we were looking for and didn’t get discouraged if we didn’t like something, it’s a tough market and we had to wait a while to find the house we wanted but she was on top of everything! She answers your calls and text and all your questions, if she misses a call she calls you right back, thank you Pam!
